§ 04 · Questions

Before you ask

Q01 Who do you work with?

Indian businesses, creators and small teams. Calls are by appointment at 2–4 pm or 8–10:30 pm IST, with project updates by email.

Q02 How does payment work?

Quotes and invoices are in Indian rupees: 50% upfront for services, with the balance before final handover. Digital shop products are paid in full at checkout once payments open.

Q03 Which AI tools do you use for client work?

Paid, commercial-use tools for anything you will publish, such as Kling 3.0 Omni in Adobe Firefly, Google Flow, OpenAI image generation and ElevenLabs. Free local models are for demos and experiments, never for client footage.

Q04 What if a generation comes back wrong?

Generation is planned shot by shot before anything runs, and every paid generation is logged with its cost. A failed take gets a diagnosis and a changed prompt, not a blind re-roll. Revisions are part of the scope agreed in writing.

Q05 Can my project stay confidential?

Your project stays private unless you approve sharing it in writing. We agree access, confidentiality and handover requirements before work starts.

Q06 Who owns what you build?

You do, once the final invoice is paid, including the code. Tools and templates I built before your project stay mine, and you get a licence to use them as part of the delivery.
