How digital delivery works
Shop products are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping. Once Cashfree confirms successful payment, your downloads and invoice appear in your account and a receipt is emailed to your registered address. If confirmation is delayed, check your order status before making another payment.
A problem with a download
If a file is missing, corrupt or substantially different from its description, email support@builtonbrief.com with the order number and details. We will investigate and provide access, a corrected file or an appropriate refund. We aim to respond within two business days.
Digital product refunds
Please check the product contents and requirements before buying. Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once a working digital resource has been accessed. This does not limit remedies for a defective, undelivered or misdescribed product, or rights under applicable law.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you see a debit without a confirmed order, contact support and include the payment reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords or UPI PINs. Duplicate successful charges for the same purchase will be investigated and refunded where confirmed.
Service cancellations
For service projects, cancellation terms are agreed in the written scope. If work has started, completed work and approved third-party expenses may be deducted; any unearned balance is returned. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we will agree a revised plan or refund the undelivered portion.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned through Cashfree to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; support can provide the refund reference and status. A full refund closes access to the associated paid download. Original invoices remain available for your records.
