Service projects
Each service starts with a written scope, price, schedule and revision allowance. Starting prices are not final quotes. Unless otherwise agreed, 50% is due before work begins and the remainder before final handover. Extra work and third-party costs require an agreed quote.
Digital products
Shop products are downloadable resources, not physical goods. The product page describes the included files and any third-party requirements. A purchase gives one person or business a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the resource for their own projects and client work. Do not resell, redistribute or share the source kit as a competing product. Third-party assets keep their own licences.
Prices and payment
Prices and payments are in Indian rupees (INR). No GST is charged while the seller is not GST-registered. Digital product payment is collected in full through Cashfree when checkout is available. Access is granted after server-side payment confirmation. An invoice and payment receipt are kept in your account.
Your account
Use your own gmail.com or outlook.com address and verify it before signing in. Keep your password secure. Do not share accounts or attempt to access other customers’ files. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your materials and final work
You must have permission to use the material you provide and substantiate product claims. Service deliverables and their usage rights are set out in the written project agreement. Pre-existing tools and third-party resources retain their original rights. AI-generated material is reviewed before delivery; exclusive results or commercial performance are not promised.
Confidential work
We do not publish your name, brand, project, data or fee without your written permission. Share sensitive information only after agreeing a suitable method and scope.
Problems, cancellation and refunds
Our refunds and digital delivery policy applies to purchases. Email support with the order number and issue so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Questions and changes
These terms were updated on 14 October 2026. Future changes apply to future transactions; your written project agreement and the terms accepted for an order remain part of its record. Contact support@builtonbrief.com with questions.
Shop offers
BRIEF10 gives 10% off digital shop products. WELCOME20 gives 20% off your first paid shop order after you claim it using your verified account email and Indian mobile number. Only one code applies to an order; offers exclude services and cannot be combined. Your discount and final INR amount are shown before payment. WELCOME20 is reserved when you start its checkout and cannot be attached to a second order; an expired checkout releases it after server verification. A refunded purchase does not restore the welcome offer. Email marketing is optional and is not a condition of receiving the discount.
